What About the Needles?
The most common question we get is about the needles we use.
Most people have encountered hypodermic needles. These are gigantic compared to the ones we use. In fact, five of our needles easily fit inside a hypodermic needle!

When we first insert these ultra-fine, sterile needles at trigger points in your body, most people report only a small prick, like a mosquito bite.
How Does it Work?
Dry needling is designed to release muscular trigger points and tight muscle bands by engaging muscle fibres. This causes a ‘release’ and relaxation of the muscle, promoting natural healing. Most people experience a variety of post treatment feelings, which range from energised, to a deep muscle relaxation.
